There are several golden rules to make your suitcase well and devote your full attention to business during the trip. We share with you some tips that can help you:
Take pencil and paper. Although it sounds obvious, it is good to know and be clear where you are going, for how many days, what the weather is in that city, what types of events you will attend, etc.
This will help you have a better picture of what you really need and also what you don’t.
Start with the basics
You must have a toiletry bag with basic toiletries in size allowed by the airlines. While many category hotels include soap, shampoo and other items, you can’t forget the basics: toothbrush, toothpaste, creams, etc.
You should also pack underwear for each day of the trip and an extra pair (just in case)
As for the clothes, you must choose classic clothes that you can combine with each other, in whole colors preferably with a very good finish and that are easy to iron or vaporize in the hotel.
It includes a single bag in a neutral color and that combines well with everything you carry. If you have night or cocktail events you can include a vanité or envelope.
Choose the ideal suitcase
If possible, choose a small one, those that can enter the cabin of the plane. The last thing you will want is to be wasting your time checking luggage and picking it up later. A small carry-on suitcase where you can carry all this and maybe a “suit-holder” is more than enough for a business trip.
